Embarking on my maiden international journey, I landed in Tokyo on September 27. Overflowing with enthusiasm, the experience unfolded from the moment we touched down at Narita International Airport.
Excitement surged as we secured our pre-booked pocket WiFi and Welcome Suica card at the airport. These essential tools would prove invaluable throughout our stay in this vibrant city. With the pocket WiFi, we were able to stay connected and navigate the city effortlessly. The Welcome Suica card, on the other hand, provided us with convenient access to public transportation and made traveling around Tokyo a breeze.
Swiftly, we procured tickets for the Narita Skyliner, a high-speed train that offered a seamless transition from the airport to the heart of Tokyo. The efficient and comfortable journey set the tone for our adventure ahead.
Upon arriving in Tokyo, we were delighted to find that our hotel allowed for an early check-in, albeit at a nominal fee of 1000 yen per hour. This proved to be invaluable as it allowed us to drop off our luggage, freshen up, and recharge before embarking on our explorations.
Our hotel was conveniently located near Nishishinjuku station, providing easy access to the city's extensive subway network. This made it incredibly convenient to travel to various attractions and neighborhoods within Tokyo. Additionally, having a FamilyMart nearby was a bonus, as we could easily grab snacks and drinks for our daily adventures.

As we ventured out into the city, we were immediately captivated by the bustling streets, towering skyscrapers, and the harmonious blend of traditional and modern architecture. Tokyo truly is a city that never sleeps, with its vibrant energy and endless possibilities.

The journey to MapCamera became an unexpected odyssey, as the allure of Tokyo's picturesque corners compelled numerous detours. After 20-30 minutes of scenic exploration, I finally acquired my coveted Sigma 24mm 1.4 lens.
