I'm Mentally Exhausted. Aren't you?

This is just way too different from physical tiredness. No matter how much time you sleep, the strength still isn't recovered when you wake up.

PERSONAL REFLECTION

I am mentally exhausted.

Battling unknown fears in my mind is like dancing with my own shadow - it is not real but is real at the same time.

It's like wrestling with a phantom opponent - I can feel their presence, but I can't quite grasp their form. This constant battle can be draining and isolating.

But, this is not the mental exhaustion that can cause someone to question their worth to continue breathing air on this earth. Nope, far be it from me. I, in my day to day life, try to live life to the best of my ability, by God's grace.

Maybe, thinking deeper about this, the mental exhaustion that I am feeling is the exhaustion that is caused by disappointment. Oh well, this is what I get for expecting too much.

But, was I in the wrong for expecting a good deed to be done by one as much as the next person supposed to?
