Kyoto and Osaka

As one might already know, Kyoto and Osaka are two of the most flocked to cities of Japan. But, can you blame the tourist if the first destination they may have in mind, aside from Tokyo, is Kyoto? If you haven't been there, you ought to go.

Kyoto has been the most laidback city, major city, that I have been to in Japan. Osaka, yes, considerably laidback relative to Tokyo.

But, of course, I'm talking about the beauty of these cities; but, also, if you are planning the visit Japan anytime soon, do some research about the other cities or prefectures that you can visit aside from Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. There are multiple destination that offer really good and beautiful scenery.

But, in this blog, I will be talking about Kyoto and Osaka and the kind of vibrance and energy it left in me when I visited these two gorgeous places.

I rarely post pictures, as a bulk, of my travels. I was so blessed to be granted a multiple entry tourist visa to Japan. Here's a gallery of that latest trip I made to Kyoto and Osaka, Japan.

I think, I might as well post a gallery of the other travels.

Funny, I checked when I made this draft and realized that it was made February of 2025 and made the tripe last November 2024 and posting this blog on November 2025. It's only a year since.

As I look back, I realized that Kyoto, when compared to the other big cities - Tokyo and Osaka - is just really far more laid back. The locals take their time whereas in Tokyo, almost everyone walk briskly which gives the feeling of them hurrying on to something.

Osaka? It was in Osaka that I experienced jampacked trains during rush hour. In Tokyo, yes; but, it was a different experience for me in Osaka.
